Who let the dogs out? In the riotously raunchy comedy Strays (Universal Pictures Home Entertainment) a couple of canines (voiced by Will Ferrell and Jamie Foxx) who rebel against a negligent owner (Will Forte). It’s filthy, but it fetches a dog pound full of naughty laughs.
